Description
- Provides direction in the formulation and implementation of the plans and programs of the division in accordance with its approved annual work and financial plan and the thrusts and directions of the agency;
- Plans, directs and manages the activities of the PMD staff engaged in:
- Marketing and Consultancy;
- Project Management;
- Handling customer requests/inquiries; and
- Inter-agency representation.
- Performs advisory and oversight functions over the staff in the delivery of required technical services by requesting agency;
- Manages/oversees the implementation of communication campaigns coordinated by the division;
- Represents the Head of the Agency in inter-agency council meetings, conferences and other working groups on
task forces of national programs; - Monitors, measures and evaluates the performance of the PMD staff; and
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Agency Head.

Education
Master's degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from CSC
Experience
4 years of supervisory/ management experience
Training
40 hours of supervisory/ management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
