Description
  1. Assists the Division Head in the supervision of the division;
  2. Assists the Division Head in the preparation and in overseeing the implementation of the  annual division work and financial plan;
  3. Assists the division head in the development and implementation of HRDD comprehensive programs;
  4. Writes/edits training proposals, office correspondences, reports, and HR related policies;
  5. Initially reviews training design, programs, personnel management programs and other  proposals;
  6. Provides technical assistance to other agencies;
  7. Acts as Officer-In-Charge in the absence of the Division Head; and
  8. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
