Description
  1. Assists the Chief Administrative Officer in the direction and supervision of the financial management operations;
  2. Acts as the Officer-In-Charge in the absence of the Division Head;
  3. Evaluates and certifies OBRs and other documents that require funding for approval of the Head of the Agency;
  4. Prepares budget accountability reports and other financial reports required by the DBM;
  5. Prepares the Agency Budget Proposal for submission to DBM, House of Representatives and the Senate;
  6. Attends budget hearing together with the Head of Agency and other Agency officials;
  7. Prepares financial programs and breakdown of allotments of the Agency;
  8. Maintains close coordination with DBM regarding budget matters;
  9. Prepares Status of Funds on both General and Trusts Funds; and
  10. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
