Description
  1. Assists the Admin Officer V in the planning and procurement activities of the Agency;
  2. Assists in the managing and monitoring of the procurement process of the Agency;
  3. Provides technical assistance to the end-user units in the preparation of their Project Procurement Management Plans (PPMPs);
  4. Provides secretariat services to the Bids and Awards Committee;
  5. Leads in post contract management and administration activities; and
  6. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
