Description
  1. Ensures smooth flow of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and files records and documents;
  2. Assists in the property and supply management of the HRDD;
  3. Assists the Information Officers during the conduct of trainings;
  4. Assists in the encoding of the following:
    1. Seminar report
    2. memoranda/correspondences
    3. certificates
    4. hand-outs
  5. Assists in the reproduction of all necessary training materials for distribution to participants; and
  6. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
